Thursday 8/13: 7:30 AM Mouth Of Provo Canyon
Friday 8/14: 7:30 AM Coach Jacobs House 421 North 700 East, Orem...
(We will run and then have breakfast) Please bring fruit and drinks.

Saturday: Run on your own

Monday: Orem High 7:30 AM
Tuesday: Orem High 7:30 AM
Wed: Orem High 7:30 AM
Thursday: Orem High 2:30 (After School)
Friday: B4 Orem High (We will take a bus and run South Fork Time Trial)
