What should a Runner eat and Drink?

Team, as we are getting into the season, I want to emphasize the importance of fueling your body for maximum performance. Just like a car cannot drive if it is out of gas, neither can your body.

I am including some links to some articles I found that will help you get started. Please read through and understand the importance of hydrating, and fueling.

The Healthy Runners Diet

Recipes For Runners Sucess

Before, During, and After Diet

Sipping Point - How to prevent dehydration!

What to Drink when?

You all work very hard, and if you do not eat, drink, and get the rest you need. You will never perform at the level you desire!

Eat and drink up!!
