7:30-8:30 AM Registration
8:30 Girls Race
9:00 Boys Race
We will not have a bus, so please make carpool arrangements.

Haloween Half Marathon
Hey Guys,
We have discussed this for the past several weeks but I wanted to post the info so that you had it for your refrence.
We are going to meet at 7:45 AM at the mouth of Provo Canyon. We will then send you out to a specific water stop. We are doing the first four water stops. If you know you need to leave early, please make sure you help at one of the earlier ones.
1st stop: Sundance
2nd Stop: Double tunnel
3rd Stop: Vivian Park
4th Stop: Nuns Park

Parent Meeting for the Tempe Club trip
Athletes and parents, I would like to do a 20 minute meeting at my house (421 North 700 East) on Monday night at 5 PM. I understand it is family night, so it will be quick.

Practice Times for Thursday, October 14th
8am - Morning run, 3 miles easy, meet at OHS.
3pm - Afternoon workout, meet at OHS. Doing hill repeats at Chance's hill. Warm up to the hill, 6 repeats to the Gate (3 1/2 minutes rest between each - time starts when you reach the top), cool down back to the school. (Camie will bring popsicles in addition to water!)
