Summer Cross Country schedule

Hello everyone,

we will continue to meet at the Mouth of Provo Canyon through the 3rd of Aug. Beginning Aug 6th, we will switch to Orem High School and will meet right in front of the Weight room (right near the flag pole and roundabout).

The schedule is posted to in the top right of the blog. Our first meet is Thursday Aug 16th at Timpview high School (Unless Timpview, host school changes the location)

It is critical to be at practice every day so please make every effort possible to be there on time each and every day. This will also ensure you have the most up to date info on what we are doing and will be ready for our first race.

2012 Cross Country Camp

Here are the key things to know

1. Checks for $200.00 to USU Eastern
2. You need to be at Mt. View 9AM Monday July 23rd
3. Bring Medical information form
4. Be dressed in running clothes (We will be doing a run on the way down)
5. Bring a lunch to eat after run.
6. Make sure and read the camp information letter to know what you need to bring!
