Cross Country Team Meeting

Hello everyone, 

I wanted to get everyone together to discuss our upcoming cross country season at Orem High. We will be meeting  Monday June 1st at 5 PM at Cascade park to discuss Summer training, Team Practices, Cross Country Camp, and for you to get to know some of the other kids that will be running.

Track BBQ

Hey Guys, I wanted to have a quick and fun BBQ for the Track team Wed. May 27th... at 6:00 PM... We will be BBq'ing hamburgers and hot dogs. 

Please bring some kind of side... soda, chips, salad, etc... it will be fun!
