Morning practice - Tue - Thur

Morning practice is completely optional extra run. (5:45 tue-thursday) We will continue to practice after school and during class. I encourage (especially varsity) athletes to come. Going short and easy mileage 2-3 miles 3 times a week helps us to hit our weekly mileage targets during season.

If interested we will meet at my house at 5:45 ( 421 N 700 East Orem... )
