This weeks schedule for races will be a little bit different. Both girls and boys varsity teams have been invited to compete at the elite level BYU invite during the collegiate portion at Cascade Golf course on Friday Night.

Friday at Cascade Golf Course in Orem
5K Course Map
5:00 pm Men's 4 Mile
5:30 pm Girl's Invitational 5K (Summer, Candace, Ashley, Kate, Alexis, Sydney, Kelsie)
6:00 pm Women's 4 Mile
6:30 pm Boy's Invitational 5K(Austin, Kyle, Matt, Adam, Erik, Russ, Craig)
Then Saturday morning the rest of the team will compete:

9:00 am Frosh/Soph Boys 5K
9:30 am Frosh/Soph Girls 5K
10:10 am JV Boys 5K
10:40 am JV Girls 5K

Spikes - Spikes are allowed.
Spectator Admission - Entrance to the Autumn Classic is $5. Children 5 and under are free. Any youth athlete age 14 and under that wears their track or cross country uniform is admitted free!
Warm-up - The course will open to the athletes beginning at 4:00 p.m. Friday afternoon.
Directions - Cascade Golf Course is located at 1313 E 800 N in Orem. Click on the link to view map. Additional parking is available at Foothill Elementary school.

Races at BYU
Spikes - Spikes are allowed but limited to 1/4" pyramids to protect the track. No pin spikes or Christmas trees.
Spectator Admission - Entrance to the Autumn Classic is $5. Children 5 and under are free. Any youth athlete age 14 and under that wears their track or cross country uniform is admitted free!
Warm-up - The course will open for the athletes beginning at 6:00 am Saturday morning.
Directions - The Clarence Robison Track is located on the campus of Brigham Young University. Click on the link to view map. Parking is available in any of the lots for the football stadium. Parking is also available in the new lot west of Helaman Halls across Canyon Road, and at the Smith Fieldhouse.
