Top of the world

One of the best runs of the year,  Top of the works run.  Each make athlete gets paired up with a Female athlete from camp (based on real thing times) and assigned a group.  Girls race out and their make partner has to stay with them until the turn around point. Then it's their turn to race back.  Individually Candace Greenwood was the top overall girl in the camp and Matt owens finished with the third best time in camp!

We just finished the real thing! Matt owens #1 boy and Ashley Runyon #1 girl at camp! Great day to be at OHS Tiger!

Need final count for camp by Tuesday!

I need to have the final count for camp so that the school can prepare a check to pay CEU. So if you're planning on participating please call me and let me know asap.

Required Paper Work - PLEASE READ

Team,

This year Orem High School will require each participating athlete to have a physical Each year to participate in Athletics.

This Tuesday the 9th, we have made arrangements with Elevate to be able to provide physicals to each of our athletes. This is also a great opportunity to help support OHS athletics and cover the ever increasing Training expense we have to cover.

I would like to get all required paper work in ASAP. Please make arrangement quickly to either participate Tuesday or with your own physician.

The Physical form you need is on the left hand side under "required paperwork". In addition to this form, I will need a Tryout checklist completed be each athlete and turned into me by the end of July.

Cross Country Camp - July 22nd - 26th

Team, here is some important information for those that are planning on participating in this years Cross Country Camp.

While this camp is not required, I encourage each of you to review and carefully consider this opportunity. It is an excellent opportunity to train as well as get to know your team!
