8:00 a.m. Check-in/walk the course
8:30 a.m. Coaches meeting/Questions
9:00 a.m. JV Junior/Senior Girls race
9:30 a.m. JV Junior/Senior Boys race
10:00 a.m. Varsity Girls
10:30 a.m. Varsity Boys
11:00 a.m. JV Freshman/Sophomore Girls race
11:30 a.m. JV Freshman/Sophomore Boys race
12:00 p.m. Awards Ceremony, overall Varsity Girl/Boy trophy & team awards

Awards: 

JV:  Custom dog tags will be awarded to top 15 individuals in each JV race which will be handed out to the top finishers as they leave the finish chute.
Varsity:  Trophy to overall Girl/Boy. Custom dog tags to 2-20 individuals which will be handed out to the top finishers as they leave the finish chute. 
Team:  Trophies to top 2 teams

Updated 2014 team schedule

We have added the Wasatch invitational in Aug 23rd too our season schedule. It will be the first Saturday of the first week of school. Please update your calendar.

Summer running

We will continue to meet at Foothill Elementary every Monday - Friday at 7:15 am.

We are trying to finalize the list of athletes that are participating at our cross country camp the 28th - aug 1st.

Please email me if you are planning on coming asap. If you haven't received the information I would be happy to email you the information. You can pay for camp at the school or using mystudentfees.com. unless you have made arrangements with me, We would like you to pay for camp by next Friday the 25th.

Also, please quickly work on your team paper work including physical, and the state registration info.

Week of July 7th moratorium week

Team, just a reminder that this week we week not have practice. However each of you should continue to run each day.

A group will go up from 45 to 60 minutes
B group 35 - 50 minutes
C group 25 - 40 minutes

I also need you to return your paperwork by next Monday at practice, so please work on that. I Specifically need to know if you are planning on coming to camp asap. Please email or text me ask that we can make plans and get a correct headcount.

Cross country practice MOVE

Starting tomorrow we will meet at the park behind Foothill elementary school. 7:15; see you all there for morning practice, week 2!

Summer Cross Country -

Hello All,


Here is the information you will need for Summer cross country.


We will be doing a parent meeting Thursday 12th at 6:00 PM for everyone planning on running Cross Country this year. We will go over the new Student athlete registration site, Schedule, fees for the year, etc.


We are coming off of a very good season including the Boys winning the 4A state championships.


We will meet at Orem High School in the little theater. This is a great opportunity for you to come and meet the coaches as well as ask and get answers to many of the questions you may have.


Athletes, I encourage you to reach out and recruit as many people as you can to come and learn about it.


I encourage all planning on running to begin to run the week of June 8th, at least 3-4 times this week. This will help prepare you for Summer practice which will kick off as a team Monday June 16th.
